So here we are in February already and what a start it has been. You would have seen my latest video on YouTube on how to make those resolutions stick so how is it all going? Let me know, message me or comment on the video and I promise to respond.
January has been a real learning month so far to me, I had to prepare a 30 minute development conversation training piece and that was a real challenge in terms of putting as much amazing content into that as possible. I also had some great feedback from the delegates, so I have been able to take their comments on board and make it even more amazing. That is part of the learning being able and confident to change something you truly think is great into something which is awesome because of the feedback that you receive from your audience. I have also been playing around with mind maps and how they can really help generate ideas, this popped up because @mattjesso (twitter) asked how he could retain more viewers on his periscope broadcasts, he has now developed a whole draft of content to do exactly that. His broadcasts are great and I have even been lucky enough to be mentioned in them, I feel so privileged and just goes to show what can be achieved. With this in mind it is really important that we wall remain open to learning even though we feel sometimes we do not want to know, or even more important we think we know. It is all very well and good knowing, however we have all got to go out there and do what we know. Yes, I know it is not that easy but this is the challenge that we all face if we desire the results. So get to it and share your gifts with that amazing world out there. So stick with the resolutions let me know how you are getting on and keep learning no matter how much you think you know. That is a vital key to success, and as one of my inspirational people always said, our amazing Mr Stephen Covey “Sharpen the Saw!” Which means to keep learning and improving. Wow! So that is it for another month, keep sharing your stories with me whether you have success or you had a challenge that did not work out as planned, this is all part of our learning let me know. Keep going, keep improving and until next time “Be Brilliant”
