How have things been this week for you guys? It’s been another full on week for me in terms of work; I have also been consciously looking out for lessons to learn every day contact from people or situations I come across. How can you start being grateful? Here are some tips to get you started:
If you practice these tips you will soon find that your feelings of being grateful will increase and you will feel better which will increase your wellbeing. Personally, I am grateful for breathing and that I am able to participate in this amazing world and connect with others such as you guys. You have all been so supportive, and for that I am grateful. When I work I am grateful that I have the ability to help others and that others pay their kindness forward. So thank you to all of you who have and are supporting me; I am truly grateful.
