I hope you are all keeping well and are finding ways of growing so you can live the full life that you want!
Today I am talking about finding a way through, you know what it’s like we keep taking action and we seem to then stand still, or we hit a block and we are not sure what to do. This usually happens when we have stopped taking action that align with our values or we have hit something we consider to be serious in terms of a blocking point, and I used to think like this! The reality is that there is always a way through you just have to be creative and ask the right questions of yourself. It is the quality of those questions which will get you through that block, remember the block is in your mind and it is a type of reality; but when you think about it, do you think you are the only one who has ever encountered that difficulty? I would say the answer is no, so one of the things you might need to do is try and find out who has solved a similar problem. Now with the internet and YouTube you may find the solution or you will be inspired to find your own bespoke solution in your own way, it just might be a different version. You may ask a trusted friend for their views and whether you think they have something or not, it will make you to start thinking creatively. I have had a similar situation where I felt that my coaching was blocked, what I focussed on is that I was relying on someone else to make a decision and would just wait and not do anything until the decision was made. The answer to this was to get other fires burning, so whilst I am waiting for that decision to be made I am exploring other opportunities; and whether that person says yes or no, it really doesn’t matter, I know I am progressing. If they say yes then great, if it’s a no I know I am already hustling in other areas seeking out more opportunities. So I am not all in on that decision and I am expanding what I do all the time. You can do this too, just keep exploring and keep asking great questions of yourself and you start moving forward again. Here are some great questions you could ask, you may need to adjust them depending on your situation. 1 - What can I do now to reach my goal considering the current resources that I have? ( This gives you creativity) 2 - I don’t have enough money yet to action this plan, bearing this in mind what could I do now to generate more money or find ways of making the plan work on a smaller budget? ( This again gets you thinking creatively focussing on your current reality) 3 - Who could I connect with who may have a similar problem or is there anyone in the world that has had a similar problem and solved it? What could I do to find out more considering what resources I have? (Again, this is creative you are not just relying on a single potential solution there are many) I hope this has added value, if so please comment below and let’s start a conversation. How have you found a way through difficult challenges? Comment below as I would love to hear how you have triumphed or whether you are still having challenges but are dealing with them. Until next time #inspirationnation
