Develop yourself now!I want you to think about how you go through your day. You have a conversation how do you feel? Do you feel excited? Do you feel nervous? Do you feel fearful? When you have the feeling in your stomach or your centre this is how you are experiencing life. You might just feel it in your body, you need to listen to these feelings because this is how you are living your life. Don’t live in a state of ANXIETY!If you’re constantly living in a state of anxiety you need to change, you need to need to go and find out the reason for the anxiety and deal with it head-on. No avoiding it, no procrastinating about it, just start to find out what is causing it. If you're in a conversation or a situation and you feel these feelings, there are reasons, and these reasons are usually our beliefs and values we hold about ourselves. This is your centre and what I call YOUR FULCRUM. I have developed this acronym so you can use it to develop yourself and use it as a tool/framework/philosophy to think about how you can adjust to the changes going on, and make decisions about what you need to do next, but most of all its about doing the self-work that many of us neglect. If you don’t do the self-work you are going to FAILWhat happens if we don’t do the self-work? If you don’t do the work you are going to stay where you are, you are not going to move forward and you are going to hate your life. When I just walk around this world it doesn’t matter where I am, I see people with their heads down, not wanting to engage with their lives. When you talk to people, you can see there mind is somewhere else and they are not engaged at that moment that means they are not there, they are living either in the future or the past!! “ If you’re constantly living in the future you are in a state of ANXIETY. If you’re living in the past you are living in a state of DEPRESSION” When we think about the past, it should be for brief moments. The only time we should think about it is to learn the lesson, once that’s done we need to move on and forget it! Yes, easier said than done, but that’s the game that’s self-development. So get to work! When we think about the future again it should be for a short period. For example, you may need to make sure you have sufficient financial security for events in the future, but once that is done, you should return to the moment! As every moment we live in now is our lives! How to use your F.U.L.C.R.U.M and WIN |
