Life can be very hard or difficult and we can blame our circumstances for where we are currently. I have certainly done this, but it’s only through discovery and perseverance that you can realise that you are not your circumstances! You might start to blame other things such as your children, or the amount of money in your bank account. You might try and blame your boss or the conditions you are currently living in, the truth is that if you can accept you are not those things and stop blaming, then you will take back your power. I truly want this for you, and if you want to take your life back then read on! The truth is that you are you, and you may be in a very difficult set of circumstances at the moment. If we can accept that where we are is because of the choices we have made, you would have made another very important step to effect change in your life. You are you, you are unique and whatever is happening around you, this does not have to be you; it will only be you if you accept it to be you. You see, change comes from the inside, once you start to change the inside game and how you think, you will start affect the circumstances under which you currently find yourself. For example, I had depression, and I would blame work and other pressures for my depression, and yes the conditions did contribute; but then I made a decision that I was so fed up with what was happening that I decided to make a choice and to start helping myself; I decided that the pain I was inflicting on myself was unacceptable to me! I started reading and educating myself on how I could start to change the way I think and eventually I found coaching. This was a very important moment in my life, now I am thankful that I did suffer from depression, because if I hadn’t I would not be writing this now and you would not be reading it. This is very similar to the Steve Job’s speech which is on You Tube and what I talked about in my video this week see below. He talked about connecting the dots backwards, have a watch and you will see what I mean. So how can you identify whether you are your circumstances? Well it can be very easy to identify, you just need to review what you are saying; are you blaming everything and absolving your responsibility for your life? If so, you are your circumstances! I also did another video where you can identify whether you are in this phase; whether you are a victim, survivor or navigator of your life you can catch this below! If you are a victim then you are blaming everything, if you are survivor you are just getting by, but if you are a navigator then you are taking responsibility for where you are and that’s where your true power lies. So take a moment to check out where you are; are you blaming or you taking responsibility? If you are taking responsibility for your life then you are taking control and accepting responsibility for the results you are getting. You are learning, you are thriving and you will start to take back what your life was meant to be about. Your life is precious, and you need to value every single moment. So review where you are, and really decide to take action to start to direct your life the way you want it to be. I want you to live an inspired life as you totally deserve it. If you are still reading this then this is speaking to you, something inside you is saying YES, act on that! Don’t WASTE TIME, DONT WAIT, take that action now and build on the momentum that you have just experienced! I have some questions for you to examine where you are now. If you feel confident leave your answers in the comments below: 1 - How are you now going to take control of your life? 2- What’s your plan, and what action will you do right now to get back in charge? 3 - How will you hold yourself accountable if you start to veer off track? Also feel free to comment on what you think of this blog. Remember I want you to win big and succeed, I know you have high level talent at something that you need to share in this world. So get to it work and make it happen! Until next time stay inspired #INSPIRATIONNATION.
