Welcome to my December blog; a fair few more of you have connected with me this month which has been absolutely amazing. The support has been brilliant over Twitter with many of you sharing my content which always makes me humble! So what have been up to this month I hear you cry; well it has been another busy month of videos and content sharing; this is all driven by you guys and letting me know what you guys want me to talk about. So this month I have talked about: 15 secrets successful people know about time management book review - This has been written by Mr Kevin Kruse a New York Times best seller and I have been lucky enough to be in touch with Kevin in relation to his new book. He let me know that I was the first person to actually record a video about one of his books, so he was truly thankful for that, which was again very humbling for me. His content has been truly amazing and he shares how all top performers manage their time. Especially when they connect with their sense of purpose and to identify what is important to them, they make sure that they schedule time each day to ensure that their actions lead into that main purpose. I agree that this is a totally new way to look at managing your time and having tried out some of the techniques, such as allowing time from the previous day to plan you next day around your purpose really does make you efficient. Give that a try and let me know how you get one! Suicide awareness campaign - I was inspired to create this video when I saw Professor Green be so open about his feelings and how the suicide of his dad really impacted his life; he talked about how people suffering with these types of thoughts consider that the world would be a better place without them. This is so far from the truth, as I truly believe that everyone has value and has something special to contribute and share with the world, without them this world will never be the same. I was so touched by his strength and the they way the BBC3 put this together that I felt I needed to share this with you guys. I already know that Mathew R Jesso, really connected with the video and I would like to thank him for his kind words. The video was done to support this campaign so let us continue to make sure that all these people are wanted and they can add value. I have shared in my video support groups (with links) who can really help and they are truly amazing. If you do know anyone who is going through this please be sure to guide them to these resources. Thank you for all your kind comments in relation to that video Christmas motivation - It would never be Christmas without a Christmas video, so I put this video together just for you guys, as I know sometimes at this time of year we are so wrapped up in getting things organised that we sometimes forget about ourselves and need to re-focus and make sure that we give to our selves so we can still help others. As I said we think of others at this time of year, but you need to have the energy yourself before you can give to others so you can support them with full intention. I know some of you have found the content useful, which is truly amazing, so keep up the great work. So it has been a full on but productive month and I really look forward to engaging with you guys and I always like to give one or two of you a mention, as you are all super positive and amazing. So I would like to thank Lydia D Marks on twitter, she is a Jazz singer from LA and she is super positive about what she does and is always so positive even though in her industry there are huge challenges. However Lydia faces these with gusto and energy which is truly engaging. If you want to follow her on twitter you can at @lydiadmarks. I would also like to thank Mathew Jesso; he has really engaged and shared a lot of my content and has linked my content with the work he does which is totally amazing. He continues to be positive and is totally engaged in making sure people can get hold of information that can help them, so a massive thank you to you. If you want to follow Mathew you can at @mattjesso This just leaves me to sign off for now, I know you will all be amazing. Let us all keep engaging; please continue to let me know what you would like me to talk about and let us change this world for the better one engagement at a time. I know we can all do this and let us make sure that 2016 is even more amazing. So a Happy Christmas to you all and have an awesome New Year.
